All orders must be through our website www.logsunonline.com

There are no minimum orders.

Please Note: It may not be possible to cancel your order once it has been placed. To avoid any trouble, please make sure you want everything in your cart before clicking 'Submit Order'.


All prices on our web are in INR and USD currency. For customers from India (when select India as country in CHECKOUT page), prices are shown in INR and payment is effected in INR Only. For other than India Customers, they can pay in USD.

All Payments are prepaid and 100% advance.

All price discounts are generated automatically at the time when you enter your order depend on the quantity you enter, we do not offer any other discounts than these on our web.

If you have any query you may contact to our Sales Department regarding policies, availability, price (subject to change without notice) Ex Stock items will be shipped within 1-2 working days. Products items not in stock may require 10-21 working days to shipped. For Items not available within 30 days order will be cancelled and 100% payment will be refunded without any deduction. The number of back order days will be extended beyond 30 days on customers request.

Indian VAT Registration and Exemption

All orders shipped within India will charge MVAT or CST VAT will be  5%, 12.5% depending on product. All registered company’s, organization, firm  have to mentioned their TIN number on purchase order while placing an order online. Octroi/Entry Tax, LBT or any other local tax if applicable has to borne by customer.

For International Customers VAT is not applicable, however we are not responsible for any brokerage, customs fees, or your country import duties/taxes . The actual value of all orders is indicated on the invoice, and restatements using lower values are not permitted.


All shipments charges are prepaid by customer while ordering procedure & checkout. All sales made  by FOB points.


Our Office and works are open from Monday to Saturday 10am to 6pm IST subject to National Holiday & Local Holiday. Orders are shipped on working days only. Orders & correspondence received on Sunday and Holidays will be adressed on next working days.

For Domestic Orders:

All orders within India will be ship through Trackon Courier or through EMS Speed Post.

Normal case orders will be received within 1-4 days. Tracking number for courier and EMS will be provided to customer immediately after material shipped.

For International Orders:

All International orders will be ship through UPS, Fedex, TNT, EMS

 Shipping charges for all International Orders do not include the duty that is imposed by your country on import. The prepaid shipping charges do include brokerage of the shipping  agency, but not any other fees that they may assess depending on the requirements of your country. International Orders are usually delivered in 4-8 days. Online tracking number is provided for all orders on the dedicated agency websites.


Domestic Orders:

We accept Visa card, Master Card, Bank Cheques / Demand Draft / Net Bank Transfers bank details is displayed at the time of order checkout and displayed in the automatically generated order email.

International Orders:

We accept Visa Card, Master card, TT, Swift Bank Transfer. Bank details is displayed at the time of order checkout and displayed in the automatically generated order email.

Broken Items during shipment:

Note: claims for broken items can be made only if your shipment was insured. When you have shipment with insurance, please always check the shipment content in the presence of the courier when receive it. If there are broken items make official claim. If you do not make claim and you find items broken later when the courier is not present the courier company may decide that you broke the item after the delivery and not to accept the claim. We will need this claim reference to deal with insurer we may help you but cannot guarantee of outcome.

Incorrect addresses:

Orders which have incorrectly filled addresses usually got non delivered and return back to us. In case of post shipments there are no additional fees for the returns, when parcel returns we just refund the cost of the items without the shipping charge but deducting the Bank Convenience Charges 5%.

The courier companies may keep parcels pending at local ware house for few days or you may have to collect from them with identity proof. You must provide the correct pin code no. so that parcel can be located in your area if incorrect address is provided.


All goods we sell are new, factory fresh and tested before enter our stock. Only very rarely does an item not function at first use. If this happens, we will do our very best to replace it with the manufacturer’ help. You may also directly can contact Manufacturer for the same. 
Please check your order as soon as you receive it. Any goods to be replaced must be informed  to customer support & returned within a day after receiving at your end.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only,  please note that warranty do not cover problems due to unproper use, over voltage abuse, ESD shock, unproper handling etc.

In no event shall Logsun Systems be liable to the buyer or to any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages (including without limitation lost profits, lost savings, or loss of business opportunity) arising out of or relating to any product or service provided or to be provided by us, or the use or inability to use the same.

We does not guarantee that any information or recommendation provided is accurate, complete, or correct, and shall have no responsibility or liability whatsoever in connection with any information or recommendation provided, or the customer's reliance on such information or recommendation. The customer is solely responsible for analyzing and determining the appropriateness of any information or recommendation provided by our personnel, and any reliance on such information or recommendation is at the customer's sole risk and discretion. Accordingly, the customer shall release and hold Logsun Systems harmless from and against any and all loss, liability, and damage incurred by the customer or any third party as a result of any information or recommendation provided to the customer or the customer's reliance on such information or recommendation.

  • All Disputes will be subject to Pune Jurisdiction only
