features the XILINX Spartan-6 XC6SLX9-2TQG144C onboard

Overview                                                                      

XC6SLX9-2TQG144C : The XILINX Spartan-6 FPGA device which features:

•             Operating Frequency: 50MHz

•             Operating Voltage: 1.15V～3.3V

•             Package: QFP144, I/Os: 102

•             Logic Cells: 9152, RAM: 132kb, 

•             Debugging/Programming: supports JTAG with USB JTAG

XCF04S, onboard serial FLASH memory, for storing code, Power indicator LEDs

FPGA initialization indicator, Reset button, nCONFIG button: for re-configuring the FPGA chip,

the equivalent of power resetting, 50M active crystal oscillator, JTAG interface: for debugging/programming

FPGA pins expander, VCC, GND and all the I/O ports are accessible on expansion connectors for further expansion, 102 IO’s  are available on 7  x10 pin connectors as well as on 40 pin FRC connector; 128x64 GLCD interface connector.
